DEPOSIT: For Omakase, as ingredients are prepared separately for each portion, please deposit 50% of the selected set to complete the reservation. The staff will contact you to guide you through the transfer after receiving this form.

DEPOSIT REFUND: Appointments can be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance. Any changes after this time, the restaurant reserves the right to not refund the deposit.
